Good news for home owners! Low-interest loan packages initiated by public banks created joy in the sector. Public banks, including Vakıfbank, Halkbank and Ziraat Bank, offer 4 different loan packages in order to facilitate the transition of citizens to the normalization process and to revive social life.
Only citizens of the Republic of Turkey can benefit from the loan packages that include the "Housing Loan", "Vehicle Loan", "Support to Social Life" and "Holiday Support" packages. Especially within the scope of the housing loan package, the 0.64 percent interest rate to be applied for zero housing points to a turning point.
Home Loan Package
The loan amounts to be granted under the home loan package are subject to some restrictions and these amounts are set at a maximum of 750,000 TL in three major cities (Istanbul, Ankara and İzmir) and 500,000 TL in other provinces.
With low down payment rates starting at 10%, zero home interest is 0.64% per month; For used houses, it was determined at 0.74%.
A 12-month grace period and term options of up to 15 years apply to both new and used homes. Applications for home loans can be made at branches of public banks from June 2. Customers can only benefit from this credit once.

Vehicle Loan Package
Customers who purchase first-hand domestically produced passenger or commercial vehicles from contracting companies under the Vehicle Loan Package have the option of obtaining loans with monthly interest rates ranging from 0.49% to 0.69%. Customers who buy used cars or commercial vehicles are offered vehicle loans with an interest rate of 0.82%.
Holiday Support Credit Package
The vacation support package applies to customers who apply to travel agents to purchase a vacation package. Holiday loans are granted up to 10,000 TL with a grace period of 6 months, a term of 36 months and a monthly interest rate of 0.67 percent.
Social Life Support Loan Package
The social life support package includes domestically produced furniture, electronics, appliances, paints, ceramics, door and window systems, home furnishings, dowry and bicycle businesses. With the credit facility of a minimum of 3,000 TL and a maximum of 30,000 TL, financing options are offered with a grace period of 6 months, a maximum of 60 months and a monthly interest rate of 0.55%.
